Custom Spiral Ribbon Flighting

Since 1929, at Reinke & Schomann, Inc. we have been recognized for our high quality craftsmanship of screw conveyors, sectional flights, ribbon flights, and other specialty fabricated metal items. The project highlighted here outlines a fabricated custom spiral ribbon flighting that is utilized in a range of industrial applications, including wastewater treatment plants and industrial mixers. Starting with 304 stainless steel, our bending and rolling processes are employed along with certified welding methods to create the flighting, holding the tightest tolerance of ±.0625”.

We have the capabilities to manufacture rolled bar spirals to sizes 0.75” x 6” or larger depending on the application, and skimmer blade sizes are typically 0.25 x 3 bar with 2” wide blade retainers. Fabricated units are dimensionally tested to drawings for ensured accuracy and integrity. The turnaround time for custom spiral ribbon flighting is typically 6 weeks, fabricated to customer specifications and upholding the highest industry standards.
